Publicity-based support application programme

Honourable Enterpreneur, Businessman, Manager,

In 2000, by way of private initiative, Foundation Tartu Aviation Museum was founded at a stone’s throw from Tartu City. The founder’s wish is to propagate aviation as an innovative technical area to encourage the young people’s comeback to engineering sciences. Our endeavour is one step towards the creation of prerequisites for building up a technologically developed Estonia in order to really be able to reach among the wealthiest states. Without rising the engineer‘s profession to an honourable position this will not happen.

Dear ladies and gentlemen, you who have made progress, you, who are able to be opinion leaders, you, who are the mighty ones of our small country – join in!

With the support of Enterprise Estonia and a number of sponsors Tartu Aviation Museum has made a notably fast development. The present museum outside exposition includes already 11 aircrafts and two helicopters, the museum has its own building and a multiple inside exposition.

Tartu Aviation Museum has its vision and development programme (see www.lennundusmuuseum.ee), the project of the 3rd development stage has passed the preliminary defence round of Enterprise Estonia. The project foresees the procurement of a 3.5ha territory for the museum, the building of semi-open hangars for all aircrafts, the obtaining of aircrafts that have played a significant role in the aviation history, the arrangement of thematic exhibitions, the replenishment of the inside exposition, the installing of extreme attractions, the founding of a recreation ground for visitors, etc

Total cost of the project is 50 MEEK. The main focus of financing lies on Enterprise Estonia. The game rules of Enterprise Estonia require a 15% co-financing, which means a need to find co-financiers orientationally in the amount of 7.5 MEEK. This opportunity is a historical one – on the basis of the fixed rules, by means of European Union the local money is amplified sixfold. This is the possibility for all of you to take your hand in to form en masse a kernel that could be amplified.

Tartu Aviation Museum proposes you a Co-operation Agreement, on which basis you can order from the Museum advertisement in a various scope. The agreement proposes four different co-operation levels. You have a possibility choose an advertisement package according to your wishes and possibilities... or to waive.

The collectibles are planned to be exclusively applied to serving the development of the Museum.

Our motto is: if you do, do it well. Our desire is to become one of the most available aviation museums of the Baltic Sea Countries. With your help it will be feasible.

Dear enterpreneur, businessman and manager! Take your time for a moment and get acquainted with the project. If you feel strong enough – support us!

Yours truthfully,

Mati Meos
